Melinda Collins, (DRE # 01178494) has been a real estate agent since 1994 and a broker since 2000.  Her professional and business expertise is multi-faceted that includes: sales, marketing, leasing/management,  investment financial and cash-flow analytics, finance and management consulting.  She assembled the team when she realized people needed a one-stop-shop for real estate needs. She wants her customers to get the best service and be 100% comfortable throughout the entire process.  To do that, she brought the best in the business under one roof!  

Chesca Joan Pagkalinawan, DRE # 02187076  has  a knack for finding properties whose value has the potential to increase exponentially! She has a passion for helping those who want to flip houses. It also means she has a great eye and lots of connections to contractors, landscapers and anyone else you might need to buy cheaper and sell for a profit! She has killer instincts when it comes to selling, and as your agent, you'll have those too.
